Alan Buxbaum


Alan Buxbaum came to yoga as an alternative to medication for anxiety. In addition to helping him with this struggle, he found a lifelong practice which has improved all aspects of his life. Alan was received his 200 RYT under Stacey Bell at Garden State Yoga. He wishes to share this amazing practice with his students in order to help them realize they're full potential.
